ZW32-36.2kV is a three-phase AC outdoor vacuum circuit breaker with automatic recloser function, designed for 10–35kV power distribution networks. It adopts vacuum arc interruption and solid insulation technology, integrating vacuum interrupter, voltage/current sensors, and control modules. It is suitable for breaking and making load, overload, and short-circuit currents.
This recloser supports smart grid applications. It can identify transient and permanent faults, isolate faulty sections, and restore power to healthy areas, enabling automated fault handling and minimizing outage areas. It can communicate with the central master station via GPRS, fiber optic, and other protocols.

1. Advanced Vacuum Interruption Technology:
Utilizes a sealed, maintenance-free vacuum interrupter for arc quenching, ensuring superior dielectric recovery, long electrical life (typically 10,000+ mechanical operations), and excellent performance in frequent switching operations.
2. Intelligent Auto-Reclosing Functionality:
The key feature that defines this product. It can automatically detect and clear temporary faults (e.g., tree contact, lightning-induced flashovers) by opening and then reclosing after a programmable dead time. This dramatically improves system reliability (SAIDI/SAIFI) by preventing sustained outages for transient events.
3. Integrated Pole-Mounted Design:
Engineered for robust outdoor installation directly on utility poles. The housing is typically made of stainless steel or weather-resistant coated steel, providing excellent protection against corrosion, UV radiation, and harsh environmental conditions (from -40°C to +40°C).

Equipped with a sophisticated microprocessor-based **Recloser Control Unit (RCU)**. This intelligent “brain” offers:
