Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions govern the use of website aierway.com and all business transactions between you (the customer) and Aierway. By browsing our website, sending inquiries or placing orders, you accept these terms fully.

1. Quotation & Validity All quotations provided by Aierway are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice due to raw‑material cost fluctuations. All prices do not include import duties, local taxes or destination freight unless clearly specified in the proforma invoice.

2. Orders & Confirmation An official proforma invoice issued by Aierway constitutes formal order confirmation. Orders shall not take effect until we receive your agreed deposit payment. Any modifications to order specifications must be confirmed in writing by both parties.

3. Payment Terms Available payment methods include bank transfer, L/C and other agreed‑upon ways. Payment terms shall follow the agreement shown on the proforma invoice. Customer shall complete payment according to the agreed schedule; delayed payment may cause postponed production and delivery time.

4. Delivery & Shipment Delivery time is estimated and stated on proforma invoice. Delivery dates are non‑binding in case of force‑majeure events: natural disasters, customs delays, logistics breakdown, factory supply interruptions. Risk of goods transfers to buyer upon goods leaving our factory (EXW basis).

5. Warranty Aierway provides standard factory warranty for electrical products against manufacturing defects. The warranty period follows the product specification. Warranty does NOT cover damage caused by improper installation, wrong operation, over‑voltage, man‑made destruction or normal wear‑and‑tear. Customer shall bear all local on‑site service costs.

6. Intellectual Property All texts, images, logos, drawings on aierway.com are intellectual property of Aierway. Reproduction, copying or commercial reuse without written permission is strictly prohibited.

7. Website Usage We try our best to keep product data, pictures and descriptions accurate, but minor technical parameter errors cannot be completely excluded. Aierway reserves the right to modify product specifications without prior notice.

8. Force Majeure Neither party shall be liable for delays caused by force‑majeure circumstances beyond reasonable control.
